RCMP Officer Remembers & Reaches Out

At twelve years of age Constable Jackson volunteered at Stephens Backpacks. When he grew up and became a police RCMP officer he was transferred to the northern region of Alberta where he witnessed many children going to school with no coats, boots and trying to carry their few school items in their hands in cold temperatures with no gloves. He remembers as a child volunteering at Stephens backpacks with his Dad and decided to reach out to see if Stephen could help these kids. This year a couple of hundred filled to overflowing backpacks will reach these children. What a wonderful gift for these little forgotten ones at Christmas. Thank you Constable Jackson for reaching out at this special time of year on behalf of these little ones! Merry Christmas!
