In addition to our online campaign, we will also be accepting donations of new items to fill our backpacks.
What goes in a backpack?
Mandatory items (for each backpack):
- Backpack
- Waterproof gloves/mittens
- Hat/toque
- Scarf
- Blanket
- Socks
- Book or Coloring Book
- School Supplies
- Age appropriate toy
- Hygiene kit (includes shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothbrush, and toothpaste)
- Candy or candy bag
Optional Items:
- Clothing items
- Shoes/boots
- Flashlight with batteries
- Gift Certificates
- Mirror
- Dental floss
- Lotion/cream
- Facecloths
*PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ITEMS MUST BE BRAND NEW*
Please avoid weapons, symbols of violence, nuts and chocolate.

Anyone who wants to donate individual items such as blankets, toques or mitts, can do so at customer service at the Real Canadian Superstore in Airdrie.
